Georgie is Director of Government and Corporate Affairs at the AGC. Georgie manages the Council’s government and corporate relationships, with particular oversight of the AGC’s Corporate Partners and stakeholders.
Georgie is passionate about contributing to Australia’s foreign affairs and trade policy. Georgie contributes to a range of international and community organisations in voluntary positions. Georgie is Chairperson of the Young Strategic Leaders Forum Committee, part of the Sydney Division of the Kokoda Foundation, one of the leading Australian security and international affairs nongovernment organisations. Georgie also sits on the Board of the Young Centenary Foundation (YCF) and is responsible for the Foundation’s strategy and finance. Georgie has also worked with organisations such as Transparency International, United Nations Youth Association and coaches and adjudicates debating and public speaking.
Georgie represented Australia at the Harvard University United Nations Model Conference in 2010. She has represented the views of tertiary students and young professionals at national and international levels, living and working extensively overseas. She has had a range of research assistant and policy experience, working with policy makers and academics from a range of institutions.
Georgie graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of International Studies, Extended Major in Government Relations and received First Class Honours.
